The My Inkie Fingers Shipping & Returns Policy expires 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering from overseas. There are no refunds for memberships as this is a virtual product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

In this article, you will find the My Inkie Fingers Refund and Returns Policy. Most importantly, know that you must email your request for a return or exchange.
Once your return has been approved, we require you to return the item unless the item was damaged and a photo of the damaged item was approved by My Inkie Fingers.
Mail your product to the address given in your returns acceptance email. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to us will vary. We cannot process your return until we receive it.
You will receive an email stating we received your item indicating the approval or rejection of your refund. Keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
If your request for a return was approved, we will ship the item you requested. Alternatively, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times for refunds will vary by bank and credit card. Allow 5-7 business days for processing refunds. We appreciate your patience as we have no control over your bank or credit card processing times.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days of being notified of your return, first check your bank account or credit card again. After that contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Above all, be sure you have waited 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Again, keep in mind that your bank or credit card is processing your refund.
If you’ve done all of this after 7 business days of processing time and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email. At which time we will verify that we have issued your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. In most cases, we do not require you to return the item when a photo proves it was damaged or defective.
