Blending with Alcohol Ink Markers | Stampin’ Up!

Band Together Card Stampin' Up! - Blending with Stampin' Blends

Today I wanted to do some blending with Alcohol Ink Markers. In particular, Stampin’ Blends. I recently did a card and tutorial using Copic Markers, and while I really love my Copics, the Stampin’ Blends are awesome and much more affordable for most crafters. So I’m using them for my ‘Blending with Alcohol Ink Markers Technique’ today.

Blending like a PRO! – Let’s CASE it, Let’s MAKE it! Series – Ep. 2

Here it is week 2 and the second episode of my new series! Time sure flies, when you’re having fun. In this series, it’s my goal to help get your creative juices flowing. Whether you are BRAND NEW to stamping, intermediate, or an advanced stamper, the series is sure to please everyone. I always throw in my “Inkie Tips” as I go along. You’re sure to enjoy the series.
Each week I choose a card published by Stampin’ Up! in any of their current catalogs. I don’t really have a specific system, I just choose one that stands out to me. If YOU see one that you want to see featured on my series, leave a comment below and I will do my best to feature it.
This week I choose the card on Page 3 of the Sale-A-Bration Second Release Catalog. I just love the way blended ink looks over the foiled paper. Isn’t it gorgeous?
Of course, a series isn’t really a series without a video right? Feel free to watch it and follow along
Today I’m going to show you one card in 2 different colors. You will learn how to blend like a PRO using our water-based classic ink pads.

Did you enjoy the video? Which color combination did you like better?
You know the paper I used is FREE with any $60 purchase as of March 3rd right? How awesome is that?! There are so many other freebies to choose from too.
You can see all the details on the “Sale-A-Bration” Page.
I’m always here if you have any questions. Feel free to Email me (Contact form at very bottom of the page) or message me through my Facebook Group (Link Below)
QUESTION: What card do you want to see me feature in an upcoming Let’s CASE it, Let’s MAKE it! video?

Make Your Own Bunnies!! Way’s to use it Wednesday Ep.2

Welcome back to “Way’s to use it Wednesday’s” Where every Wednesday, I show you something you can do with an item you may already have, that you may not have already thought of.

I’m starting to make my Easter cards. Call me an eager beaver, or BUNNY! lol
However, I have to mail some Easter cards to some friends in Cuba, and it seems the mail literally takes months, and months to get there! We sent ourselves a PostCard from Havana, Cuba on January 5th this year, and it has still yet to find it’s way to our mailbox *sad face* I wonder how long it will actually take? Anyhow, to not have to risk my friends not getting their cards, I’m getting an early start =)

Aren’t these little bunnies just too adorable?!? When I saw one of the little dies in the Detailed Bands Die set I instantly thought of bunny ears. Well, that was it. I was on a mission to create some little bunnies. I finally came up with the idea of using the Balloon Bouquet Punch with the ‘ears’ die and started making my card.
Watch the video to see how they came to life and learn a few tips & tricks =)
Wasn’t that a fun video!? Thanks for Watching =)
Be sure to Subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss a single video!
The full supply list is just below here. Let me know if you create some of these adorable little bunnies yourself. Feel free to share a link of your card with me too. I love reading your comments and seeing your projects.
Happy Stampin’!
